Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Personalized or engraved pieces are final sale.

How to Start a Return
Email roseel2021@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
We will reply within 24 hours on business days with return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
• Faulty or incorrect items: we cover the return shipping.
• Change of mind: return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Email us and we will arrange an exchange — you only pay the shipping difference, if any.
